Overview
The Quectel RM530N-GL is a 5G Sub-6 GHz & mmWave module in the standard M.2 (Key B) form factor, built to 3GPP Release 16 and optimized for IoT and eMBB applications. It supports both 5G NSA and SA modes and covers nearly all main operators worldwide, with 5G NR Sub-6 and mmWave bands, LTE Cat 19 (DL) / Cat 18 (UL) fallback and UMTS. It is compatible with the Quectel RM520N series to simplify Sub-6-only and Sub-6 + mmWave designs, and integrates an optional multi-constellation GNSS receiver (GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo and QZSS).
