Overview
The SIMCom A7672E is an LTE Cat 1 module in a compact LCC+LGA package, supporting LTE-FDD plus GSM/GPRS/EDGE with up to 10 Mbps downlink and 5 Mbps uplink. It is compatible with the SIM7000/SIM7070 (NB / Cat-M) and SIM800A/F (2G) series, easing migration from 2G or NB/Cat-M to LTE Cat 1. With USB 2.0, UART, I2C, GPIO and optional BLE and GNSS, it suits telematics, POS, surveillance devices, industrial routers and remote diagnostics.
