Description
The L70-R is a low-cost ROM-based GPS module measuring 10.1mm × 9.7mm × 2.5mm with 66 acquisition channels and 22 tracking channels, and a high-performance MTK positioning engine. EASY? (Embedded Assist System for self-generated orbit prediction), allows the L70-R to calculate and predict orbits automatically using up to 3 days of ephemeris data stored in the RAM, so it can fix position quickly and with low power consumption, even when signal levels are lower.
The L70-R’s compact design, low cost and high precision with ultra-low power consumption make it suitable for a range of IoT applications including automotive, personal tracking, security and industrial PDAs, and especially suited to portable applications.
