Description

The L26 is a concurrent receiver module measuring 16.0mm × 12.2mm × 2.4mm, integrated with multiple systems. With 33 tracking channels, 99 acquisition channels and 210 PRN channels, L26 can acquire and track any mix of multiple satellite signals, providing simultaneous GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS open service L1 reception capabilities. This reduces time-to-first-fix and increases positioning accuracy while driving in challenging environments like urban canyons.

The L26 combines EASY™ (Embedded Assist System for self-generated orbit prediction) with AlwaysLocate™ technology to achieve the highest performance, and LOCUS™ (internal logger) allows the module to log position information to the internal flash memory at default intervals of 15 seconds, typically providing more than 16 hours log capacity without extra cost. L26 also supports built-in short circuit protection for active antenna, and an active antenna supervisor for short and open circuit detection.

The L26’s improved performance makes it ideal for connected vehicles and industrial PDA, as well as a range of consumer and industrial applications, and it’s extremely low power consumption makes it suitable for power-sensitive and portable devices.
