Overview
The Quectel RM520N-GL is a 5G Sub-6 GHz module in an M.2 form factor for industrial and commercial IoT applications. It supports 3GPP Release 16, 5G standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA), with LTE and WCDMA fallback. The specifications below use the RM520N-GL column of Quectel’s released RM520N Series specification V1.6.
Model and supplied configuration
The existing photographs show an RM520N-GL M.2 module. They do not imply that a carrier board, enclosure, antennas, SIM card or cables are included. Confirm the full ordering part number, regional firmware and supplied items with your quotation. RM520N-EU is a separate variant; its bands and antenna configuration must not be substituted for GL.

Quectel describes migration compatibility with RM50xQ, EM06, EM12/EM12xR/EM120K and EM160R-GL families. This is a starting point for an engineering review, not a direct-replacement guarantee for an existing design.
