Overview

The Quectel RM520N-GL is a 5G Sub-6 GHz IoT module in the standard M.2 (Key B) form factor, built to 3GPP Release 16 and supporting both NSA and SA modes. In NSA it peaks at 3.4 Gbps downlink and 550 Mbps uplink, and at 2.4 Gbps downlink and 900 Mbps uplink in SA, across 28 NR bands with LTE Cat 20 fallback. It is pin-to-pin compatible with Quectel’s RM50xQ, EM060K, EM12xR, EM120K and EM160R-GL, shortening the migration from LTE-A to 5G. With USB 3.0/2.0, PCIe, two MHF4 antenna ports and multi-constellation GNSS, it suits industrial routers, CPE, fixed wireless access, gateways, edge-AI and video devices.
